We offer a range of services and programs throughout the year for teens ages 13 to 18.
We connect youth with free resources such as library materials, creative programs, websites and databases, and volunteer opportunities. Through the power of information, imagination and ideas, the Zula B. Wylie Public Library strives to inspire the teens of our community.

Create your account on the Beanstack app, sign up for the Summer Reading Challenge, and log your books! Click Here to sign up.
Join us at our teen programs and spin the prize wheel for fun prizes! The prize wheel will be at every teen event this summer.
Throughout the summer on the Beanstack app, you get a chance to put your tickets that you earn from logging your books into the virtual teen grand prize buckets. Winners will be announced at the Summer Reading Finale.
UT Arlington Summer Partnership
UTA Mavs 4 Youth ClubTeens, ages 13-18, join us at the library with UTA CARS as they talk about important topics surrounding substance & alcohol abuse, and do fun activities such as jumbo Jenga, obstacle courses, and more. Refreshments provided.
Teen Book Club
About the Teen Book ClubThe teen book club, for ages 13-18, is a monthly book club that read fun and inclusive books that represent the diverse lived experiences of teens in the community. Book club meetings are a safe space to discuss the book of the month and connect with other teens. Free copies of this month's book are available at the library on a first come first serve basis.

Math Tutoring *currently on summer break*
During the school year we have weekly math tutoring with a certified instructor for grades 7th-12th. Bring homework you need help with or a topic you're needing help understanding. No signup required. Check back during the school year for a start date!

Teen Volunteering at the Zula B. Wylie Public Library
Our goal is to provide teens with meaningful volunteer experience that will help to develop their work skills and prepare them for future endeavors. Provide library staff with help running and maintaining library operations and services.
