January utility bills for all City of Cedar Hill customers are delayed because of a change in our third-party billing vendor. During this transition period, no late fees will be charged, and no services will be disconnected for nonpayment. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes to our customers.
The City is currently working to transition from our third-party billing contractor, FATHOM, to a new billing service contractor. This transition involves billing services only and does not impact the physical meter infrastructure and underlying technology. The City of Cedar Hill will continue to provide advanced meter technology and online consumption monitoring tools where customers have the information needed to manage their water resources.
