When the first project day was set a teen crew was joined by police officers and several Cedar Hill city administrators turned out to watch, including Deputy City Manager Greg Porter, Police Chief Steve Rhodes and Code Enforcement Supervisor Stacey Graves. Several local news media showed up too. Shots of graffiti removal by the teens and police officers received broad exposure on Dallas area TV news broadcasts and in local newspapers.
Officer Cooper said more graffiti clean up days are planned for this summer. Contact her at email@example.com for more information.
