Applicants must attend Cedar Hill ISD and/or be residents of City of Cedar Hill and desire to attend a university, junior college or trade school. The scholarship, provided by Waste Management, the City's solid waste vendor, is coordinated by the Zula B. Wylie Public Library and award recipients will be recognized at a Cedar Hill City Council meeting in June.
The completed application and all documents must be submitted to the Circulation Desk at the Zula B. Wylie Public Library by 5 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2013.
