Thank you for submitting your application. We have received your application. To complete the process, please take the following steps:
Email a copy of proof of ownership if owner is applying (settlement statement, deed of trust or sales contract) or the signed lease agreement (if renter is applying).
Email a copy of the applicant's valid driver's license or US Passport.
Email items 1 and 2 above to Utility Billing. Include the address in the subject line of your email.
Cedar Hill will start service at the requested address one business day after all the required documents (1 and 2 above) have been received. When Cedar Hill has received and approved the required documents the customer will be notified by phone or email of the service start date and their new account number. Customers will also be contacted if the review reveals any problems with any of the above documents.
If you do not receive an email or a phone call from the City within 3 business days after submitting all of the required documents, please call Utility Services at 469-272-2931.
