Gregory Glover

Gregory Glover was born and raised on the east coast and elected to the Cedar Hill City Council Place 5 in June 2019.  Gregory has been active in our community for several years, first as the Chairman of the Beautification and Environmental Sustainability Board from 2015 to 2019 and then as the Chairman of the 2017 Bond Committee.

Gregory is committed to serving our diverse community the “Cedar Hill Way” which means as a servant leader asking how he can properly represent all Cedar Hillians.  His priority is to continue to fulfill the vision of Cedar Hill as a Premier City we can all continue to be proud of.

After almost  35 years of service with several Fortune 500 companies, Gregory is retired and enjoys living in Cedar Hill with his family.  Together with his wife, they are the proud parents of 5 children and 2 grandchildren. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Advertising and Public Relations from Bernard M. Baruch College in New York, and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University in Austin Texas.

Gregory has been a member for over seven years; and also serves as the Guest Service Coordinator and platform greeter with his church Crossroads of Life in Duncanville Texas.
