Vaccinations

COVID-19 vaccines candidates have been authorized and recommended for use in the U.S. to prevent COVID-19. Find more information from the Centers of Disease Control  & Prevention (CDC) on the vaccine here. The state of Texas is currently vaccinating priority groups, including people 65 years of age or older or those with chronic medical conditions.

Dallas County Vaccine Hub

Residents can register for the vaccine through Dallas County Health & Human Services here, or you can call the DCHHS Vaccine Registration Hotline at 469-749-9900. The hotline hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. Registration assistance is available in English and Spanish.

Registrants will be notified when vaccine is available to make an appointment. Dallas County has opened a vaccination site at Fair Park for these appointments and is exploring other options in the area for vaccine clinics. You MUST have an appointment to receive a vaccine at this site.

Other Providers

The state of Texas is also distributing vaccine doses to other providers in the state. Each vaccine hub has their own registration and appointment system, and any Texas resident can use any vaccine hub. Find more information on Texas’ vaccine distribution and providers here.
