Notice of Tax Abatement Agreement

The City Council for the City of Cedar Hill, Texas, on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in the T.W. “Turk” Cannady/Cedar Hill Room, Cedar Hill Government Center, located at 285 Uptown Blvd. Bldg. 100, Cedar Hill, Texas, will consider and act upon Resolution No. R21-628 approving a Tax Abatement Agreement by and between the City of Cedar Hill, Texas, and USICV High Point 67 TC, Inc., a Delaware corporation.  

The applicant and owner for said tax abatement agreement is USICV High Point 67 TC, Inc., of Dallas, Texas.  Said tax abatement reinvestment zone is Tax Abatement Reinvestment Zone Number 11 generally located on an approximately 118.815-acre tract or tracts of land situated in the H. Robinson Survey, Abstract Number (No.) 1218 and H. Robinson Survey, Abstract No. 1364, Dallas county, and Ellis County Texas, Being all of Lots 2-R, 3-R and 4-R of Final Plat of Lots 1A-R, 2-R, 3-R, 4-R, Block A, Heitman Property Addition, Map or Plat thereof recorded under Volume (Vol.) 2002173, Page (Pg.) 50, Dallas County Plat Records (P.R.D.C.T.), Being all of a called 77.7255 Acre tract conveyed to Florida Rock Industries, INC., as recorded under file No. 20080325863, Official Public Records of Dallas County (O.P.R.D.C.) and Being all of a called 41.1140 Acre tract conveyed to Gerald J. Bauer, as recorded under file No. 200600335677, O.P.R.D.C. Said tax abatement reinvestment zone is generally located east of Highway 67 at Lake Ridge Parkway, within the City of Cedar Hill, Dallas and Ellis County, Texas. The applicant will construct or cause to be constructed approximately 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and or industrial space for an estimated cost of $75,000,000.
