To apply for a zoning verification letter, please visit this website, EverGov and follow these steps:
1. Create an account.
2. Select "Apply" under Plans for a “Zoning Verification” for each tract of land for which a letter is requested.
3. Please be sure to enter all applicable information, including the address you are requesting a zoning verification letter for and pay the $50 fee (payments made using a credit card will be subject to a 3% surcharge).
4. If there is a specific entity and/or person that the letter should be sent to that differs from the applicant, please provide their name, address, and phone number.
After payment has been made, a letter will be sent within 10 working days.
